Package: libjsoncpp1 Version: 1.7.2-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
libjsoncpp 1.7.1 introduced a backwards-incompatible change to the JsonValue iterator, without bumping its soname. It's probably too late to do anything about that, but it may be worth adding a shlibs minimum version to ensure runtime dependencies are calculated correctly. See https://bugs.debian.org/820064 for an example of a broken package (the change also caused it to FTBFS — https://bugs.debian.org/820315 – but that's fair enough).
