Yes. And I conversed with Pascal Hakim in June about updating the short description, too, but it never seems to have happened.

Okay, fair enough. But the list archives are still mostly problems with individual packages, or people who don't understand what 'testing' is, and are having trouble because of library transitions. I really think that the short description has to be changed, too. Presently, I think it attracts lots of people who installed redhat, weren't sure if they liked it or not, so the decided to "test debian". People on this lists should almost certainly be actively involved in debian-development, and people posting should be too, unless they are submitting an upgrade report (whether in the official format or not). Why did it get moved from devel to user, anyway?
