Osmo doesn't depend on xfce4-panel as you can see at this page https://packages.debian.org/unstable/osmo or with apt show osmo. The latest version of Osmo is 0.2.14-4, not 4.10.0-1. Are you sure that you didn't confuse Osmo with another package? Regards, Markus
