Doing some digging, the issue (and solution) may be described here on

Unfortunately from what I can see, FuzzyOCR appears unmaintained upstream.

Therefore I would propose that the patch suggested in the link be tested 
and patched in Debian. Or otherwise that the module's default SA score 
is modified.
