Could it be a problem with "pdftops"?
Whatever I have in psPaperSize ("a4" or "match"), it doesn't
make a difference, the printer LED indicates a paper mismatch,
when *duplex* printing.
If I push the duplex lever in the "Letter" position, the printer
accepts to print the pages, but they are moved towards the top
of the paper (and truncated); moreover, the 2 pages are not
positioned the same: the first page is about one centimeter
higher than the other.
