Its a common issue and I think gem2deb should handle it. It happens when gemspec uses git ls-files command to list files. It fails when building in a clean chroot. The fix is to remove git usage in gemspec. > Regards. > -- Sent from my Android device with K-9 Mail. Please excuse my brevity.
