I recently packaged php-jwt as used by php-google-api-php-client, as used by owncloud, but owncloud is going away, see #816376. There is a priori little point to ship php-jwt in the next Debian stable release. I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody objects (but feel free to beat me to it). Regards
