I packaged php-apigen-theme-default as used by php-apigen, in order to build php-opencloud(-doc), as used by owncloud, but owncloud is going away, see #816376. There is a priori little point to ship php-apigen-theme-default in the next Debian stable release. I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody objects (but feel free to beat me to it). Regards
