Thanks for taking the time to do this. The reporting of rdar://problem/15008524 might have been occasioned by the discussion at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5505965?tstart=0 and there seems to be some relevance to the problem here: https://plus.google.com/103895730806848715870/posts/bdB2qsXzrXS The raw queue test can printed to with lpadmin -p rawq -v ipp://127.0.0.1/printers/test -E and lp -d rawq /etc/services If test is shared it can process a job sent from a remote machine.
