As far as I can tell the only difference is in generated section IDs. Because IDs are randomly generated there will be always difference - not just between architectures but between any builds. Hence IMHO it is reproducibility problem and severity=normal would be more appropriate. As for difference in ID length between architectures it is harmless as generated HTML is valid on all architectures no matter where it was generated. I couldn't find any parameters to control ID length in "gtkdoc-mkhtml". I think the problem is in "gtk-doc-tools" package which generates html files with IDs if different length depending on architecture... -- Regards, Dmitry Smirnov.
