Hi Benjamin,

unfortunately you cannot (generally speaking) expect to be able to
build new versions of nghttp2 on jessie.  The first thing to notice is
that python-sphinxcontrib.rubydomain is not available there at all, so
your fix will not work there. On the other hand, the package builds
completely fine in testing and unstable.

I'm therefore changing the severity to normal, but I'm not closing
this bug yet. I want to understand what you want to achieve. Could you
elaborate? If you don't care about docs you may use:

   debuild -G -us -uc

(you will have to remove libspdylay-dev from Build-Depends too).

At some point I was considering backporting nghttp2 to jessie-backports.
If there is interest, I can do it.
