liblemonldap-ng-cli has been integrated to lemonldap-ng some time ago and is already available in lemonldap-ng 1.3 (version in Jessie). It will become totaly unusable with future version of lemonldap-ng and has been rewrited in version 1.9 (already available in beta version). So this non maintained package can be safely removed from Debian testing and future releases.
