Package: elvis-tiny
Version: 1.4-23
Severity: important

The package installs /bin/vi, which has the same name of /usr/bin/vi
provided by other packages as an alternative, so this breaks elvis-tiny
when installed on a marged /usr system.

For more information about merged /usr please see
https://wiki.debian.org/UsrMerge and
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/users/md/usrmerge.git/plain/debian/README.Debian

I see that this happens by design, so I am not really sure about how
this should be fixed in a way that supports both old style and merged
/usr systems.
