Thanks for sending in the log - it shows only a few, very minor leaks though.
Could you please install the packagekit-dbg package, so debug info is
included in the log?
Also, does the packagekit daemon shutdown automatically, if you launch
it from the command-line after a while?
When running it under valgrind again, fire some more pkcon actions at
it, like "pkcon refresh" for example.
