Package: alsaplayer-common Version: 0.99.81-1+b1 Severity: normal When alsaplayer plays a CD and after playing the last track, alsaplayer freezes. I can close the alsaplayer window by clicking on the window close button. However, there are two problems after that.
1. The CD will not eject until the computer is rebooted. 2. There is still an alsaplayer process runing with I cannot kill even with kill -9. If I try to run alsaplayer when this unkillable process exists, the gui never shows on the gnome desktop but indeed ps reveals another alsaplayer running. This is repeatable. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.3.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages alsaplayer-common depends on: ii alsaplayer-alsa [alsaplayer-output] 0.99.81-1+b1 ii alsaplayer-gtk [alsaplayer-interface] 0.99.81-1+b1 ii libc6 2.21-6 ii libflac8 1.3.1-4 ii libgcc1 1:5.3.1-5 ii libglib2.0-0 2.46.2-3 ii libid3tag0 0.15.1b-11 ii libmad0 0.15.1b-8 ii libmikmod3 3.3.8-2 ii libogg0 1.3.2-1 ii libsndfile1 1.0.25-10 ii libstdc++6 5.3.1-5 ii libvorbis0a 1.3.4-3 ii libvorbisfile3 1.3.4-3 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-2+b1 alsaplayer-common recommends no packages. alsaplayer-common suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
