* What led up to the situation?
Bird dont start because package didn't create user bird. In syslog you can see
this message "Starting BIRD Internet Routing Daemon (IPv4): bird bird: Cannot
find user 'bird'"
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Install bird-bgp package. Simple workaround is install bird package and when
reinstall bird-bgp
* What was the outcome of this action?
No outcomes. Simple mistake.
