oops, bad me, didn't think of it (and I don't usually run pbuilder with sudo -E, so didn't notice it).

yeah, it doesn't, or, it's at least print once, for all the rc files
before the one you tried (that's at least
/usr/share/pbuilder/pbuilderrc)
I don't know if I like to unset it before loading the confs or if it's
wise. Historically pbuilder doesn't mess with the env. Just that I
don't like dropping things silently.
Maybe unsetting it before loading the conf, then re-exporting it after
if it was already exported, but, sigh :(
