I think CUDA_VERSION_DRIVER should be 352.39 for CUDA 7.5.
Don't we need nvidia-graphics-drivers for ppc64el before we can have

When we have decided on the contents of the source tarball(s), I can
upload it to my Ubuntu PPA and we can all work from that version.
It might be a worth making get-orig-source reproducible, I saw this done
for package Julia [1].
