Hello all,

Given the non-response to the above, would anyone object to me just taking
over maintenance of python-suds?

Indeed there are no news from Benjamin. As pointed out in [1] I don't agree,
that packaging suds-jurko as a drop-in for python-suds is a sustainable
solution.
Nevertheless I won't get into the way, if you declare that you still
want to take over the maintenance of python-suds.

Please tell, how you intend to maintain python-suds. Looking at your packages [2] I see, that none seems to be maintained in a VCS, which would probably a good thing to do, i.e. where would you like the current repos of suds to be moved? Once the pending questions are clarified I will do a final release of python-suds from my side to declare the change of the maintainer.

Hi Mathias,

Yes, a VCS is a good idea. I created a repo on collab-maint to use for maintaining suds:
git://anonscm.debian.org/git/collab-maint/suds.git

Thanks,
Scott
