update to the latest version of maildirsync

run maildirsync with options

   * What was the outcome of this action?

maildirsync fails with:

Can't use string ("0") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at 
./maildirsync line 102.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

maildirsync should run normally.

The problem is the patch use-UNIVERSAL.patch. It is from upstream, but
incorrect. This was fixed upstream:
