Hi,
Whilst working on the "reproducible builds" effort [0], we noticed that hy
could not be built reproducibly.
The attached patch removes varying timestamps from the build system.
Alternatively (and preferably) please just drop this timestamp - it's probably
dubious legally-speaking anyway.
