Starting from 1.5.3-3 python-cogent build-depends on bwa, which is
available only on amd64 archs; as a result it didn't built on
arm64 armel armhf i386 mips mipsel powerpc ppc64el s390x
hurd-i386 kfreebsd-i386
alpha hppa m68k mips64el ppc64 sh4 sparc64 x32
The first line of failures are what is preventing the testing migration
of this package.
Also, given that we're keeping around the old sources and the old
binaries not yet updated, those old cruft still build-depend/depend on
python-support, scheduled for removal.
Please either ask ftp-masters to remove the binaries on those archs or
relax the build-depends on bwa to [any-amd64] to get it build on all the
archs (the choice depends on how important is to run the tests, I
guess).
