mumble-django is currently in a bad state:
* reported to be uninstallable (and piuparts confirms) #765419
* reported to break apache #793832
* uses an obsolete lib (=> python-support) #786086
furthermore the popcon is low.
I therefore suggest to remove this package from the archive.
