Package: borgbackup
Version: 0.28.2-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

setup.py demends python3-setuptool-scm >= 1.7, which is not satisfied
in Debian jessie.

To make life less of python hell for backporters, please also declare
this versioned dependencies in debian/control so that one doesn't
spend hours guessing why package build fails.

Greetings
Marc
