I've made a simple proof-of-concept for this:

for pkg in $(debsecan | grep fixed | cut -d\  -f2 | sort -u) ; do
         cat <<EOF > /etc/apt/preferences.d/debsecan
Package: $pkg
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 900

EOF
done
