Flags for wget command used to download new version of
~/.cache/smartcard_list.txt is incorect.
Instead of --output-file flag that specifies file to save log messages,
--output-document flag should be used. Currently if file is updated, pcsc_scan
no longer recognises any smart card becouse ~/.cache/smartcard_list.txt
contains wget log.
I made the exact opposite patch in

I had problems with --output-document=
