there is one work-around for this bug by installing package 'policykit-1'. however i don't recommend changing this package to 'depends' category maybe 'suggests' category. not having 'policykit-1' loses some features like reboot and shutdown. maybe error message should be different meaning that some features are not available and possibility 'do not show again' option.
