Hi Ritesh, could you provide the value of `PackageName` (as in your stack trace line 155, in FetchBugsDebian) so I can try to reproduce this bug?
Trying it with the package you seem to query, I don't get an error:
In [2]: bts.get_bugs('package', 'libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-0')
Out[2]: []
