Package: mozilla-tabextensions Version: 1.13.2005013101-1 Severity: minor
I set up: - show close box only in pointed tab, appear after 5ms - use scroll bar in tab bar automatically when too many tabs open - tab bar is at the top When the scroll bar appears, pointing to the last tab make the close box appear more on the right, then the scroll bar reduces, and the close box appears out of viewable space. If move mouse on scroll bar, the box disepear ... Solution: when the scroll bar is full right, and creating more space in the tab bar ( either due to close boxs, or tab creation), then the scroll bar should stay full right, so that the new tabs or close box are visible at once. IMHO, the patch should be put inside the code of the scroll bar. WARNING: that option may not be that good in the following case: if the bar is full right, and the mouse come to point on a tab in the biddle, if the scroll bar keeps right then all the tab bar may move a bit left, what could often make the close box appear just under the mouse, so that in my configuration, when I am about to select a tob, I d in fact close it :/ the trick is never to point the mouse on the ta name, but always in the left of the tab icon ... PLZ forward to upstream.
