Bug#801427: remember to ask for password

 │ ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using 
password: NO)

Of course it will fail.
Your whiptail script forgets to ask for the password.

Now I am stuck.

P.S., also the script assumes mysql is always running.
