A patch is attached to correct a minor grammatical error in the
long-description for the
«debian-rules-should-not-use-or-modify-user-only-variable» tag.
The next sentence in this tag description also seems to be grammatically
incorrect:
"The special variables <tt>DEB_*FLAGS_{SET,APPEND}</tt> can be used by
users, who wants to re-compile debian packages with special (or
non-standard) build flags."
I believe it should be "... by users who want to ..." (plural verb and
no comma).
