Package: ledgersmb Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, the installation of ledgersmb fails on a brand new install of jessie. During install I answered both question if I want automatic configuration and configuration of a database via dbconfig-common 'yes'. previously I configured all local connection to Postgresql to "trust". I left the password for ledgersmb blank (a rendom one will be created) and the result is: An error occurred while installing the database: │ │ │ │ ERROR: syntax error at or near "#" LINE 1: # Configure ledgersmb user permissions ^ ...
There are also a few other mistakes. The initial apache2 install does not enable "RewriteEngine", so the configuration of ledgersmb.conf will cause apache2 to not restart properly. Also the default version of Postgresql in jessie is 9.4. So most likely the configuration in /etc/ledgersmb/ledgersmb.conf ... contrib_dir = /usr/share/postgresql/9.3/extension ... is wrong too. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.2 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) -- Henning Follmann | hfollm...@itcfollmann.com
