After updating policykit-1 to 0.105-12 Shutdown, reboot and require authentication to actions `org.freedesktop.login1.power-off` etc, although they have `<allow_active>yes</allow_active>` and no overrides in /etc/... Auth required for shutdown via `Log Out` menu option and when pressing power button `policykit-1-gnome` with same varsion is installed Desktop environment is XFCE with lightdm All entries in lightdm power menu are inactive as is power button.
