Yes this is a duplicate of bug #765069.
I will be sending a rely on bug #765069 with a back-ported patch from
gtk+ 3.16 that fixes the issue.
There is a work-around that can be used in the meantime (at least until
the patch is accepted and back-ported).
1) Edit /usr/share/applications/openshot.desktop
2) change Icon=openshot -> Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/openshot.svg
PS: without applying the back-ported patch
I would get huge icons for openshot in nemo (when browings files and on
the desktop) -- but did not have the issue in nautilus.
I might have something to due with the fact that I am using the
cinnamon-desktop instead of the gnome desktop.
