Regarding tidy-html5: There is a 5.0.0 release of tidy-html5 tagged here:

with a release date of September 4, 2015,
with an active Github setup for maintenance, and this item
https://github.com/htacg/tidy-html5/issues/252
to track the Debian packaging issue.
It would be great to get this into sid and eventually into
a mainstream release.
