Bug#798069: The name hdhomerun_discover_find_devices_custom_v2 change is needed because hdhomerun_discover_device_t type has changed

They were right to chnage the name because otherwyse it would have 
caused memory corruption because the caller array size result-list would 
be too small.

So changing the name/duplicating the old one is the worse solution possible.
Bump the so name.
