Package: openvpn
Version: 2.3.7-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

/etc/default/openvpn says:

    # Start only these VPNs automatically via init script.
    # Allowed values are "all", "none" or space separated list of
    # names of the VPNs. If empty, "all" is assumed.
    AUTOSTART="none"

But setting AUTOSTART="none" has no effect at all, /etc/init.d/openvpn start
still starts all the defined VPNs.

This is because it goes into '. /lib/lsb/init-functions' and never comes out
and /lib/lsb/init-functions does not know about the /etc/default/openvpn
settings.

Note: I use systemd.
