Package: icedove Version: 38.1.0-1 Followup-For: Bug #765749 Steps to reproduce are not 100% reliable:
- With View > Folder > Unified selected, - Open an MS Exchange Server IMAP account - Delete a subfolder (was Projects > 068) - Open Trash - A passive error dialog shows: - "The current operation on '068' did not succeed. The mail server for account barmstr...@dymaxion.ca responded: Trash/068 doesn't exist" - Message varies. Sometimes the server calls it 'Trash^068'. I can't seem to find the pattern here. - Restart icedove - I know that at least once after I did this, the folder pane was empty after restarting icedove. However, in subsequent tests I couldn't reproduce it anymore. Unfortunately, I might have destroyed my reproducible case by emptying the Trash at one point, as I can no longer reproduce the issue throwing away other folders. - Sometimes after throwing away a folder, it still appears in the folder list in its original location, only greyed out and italicized. A second attempt to throw it away succeeds. So something (or maybe multiple things) about MS Exchange IMAP relating to folder deletion is very flaky and seems to contribute to this bug.
