And I am going to reopen it as it turns out now that I slept a bit and checked the code, that this is a regression in the logic by making the AllowMem parameter actually work as it is suggested to by the name to work… so, lets make the parameter as useless as before, as AllowMem=false is the default (I was under the impression that it was =true before) even if most callers override it.
