Precisely, some tfm files are present but 3 files are missing,
but it looks same for upstream TeX Live 2015.
I don't know it is intentional or simple mistake however.
On my sid machine,
$ apt-file -s /etc/apt/sources.list search logo8.tfm
texlive-base: /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/public/knuth-lib/logo8.tfm
and
$ ls /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/public/knuth-lib/
logo10.tfm logo8.tfm logo9.tfm logobf10.tfm logosl10.tfm manfnt.tfm
For TeX Live 2015,
$ ls /usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/public/knuth-lib/
logo10.tfm logo8.tfm logo9.tfm logobf10.tfm logosl10.tfm manfnt.tfm
But on a stable machine,
$ ls /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/public/mflogo/
logo10.tfm logo9.tfm logod10.tfm logosl8.tfm
logo8.tfm logobf10.tfm logosl10.tfm logosl9.tfm
so logod10.tfm, logosl8.tfm, logosl9.tfm are missing on sid.
