Yes. But only for a short time. /lib/systemd/system/bind9.service.new is
overwritten with each upgrade of the bind9 package. So every time there
is a security fix for bind, bind will be a bit more secure than intended
(i.e. it won't even start) for those of us who run it with
non-standard options.

So could this change please be included in the next update?
