As far as I can see it should suffice to set the environment variable
[http://perldoc.perl.org/perlrun.html#PERL_HASH_SEED PERL_HASH_SEED] to
some fixed value and set {{{PERL_PERTURB_KEYS=0}}}. (just for the
configuration step)
Is there any reason not to use this approach instead of adding various
sorting steps?
PS: Lets try adding the debian bug to the CC list.
