I've just uploaded the GMT 5 packages to unstable, it includes the library rename to libgmt-psl to not require Conflicts between gmt & libpsl. While the final word from the GMT upstream developer is not in yet, they have indicated leaning towards gmt-psl. If they decided on a preferences to a different (non-conflicting) name, I'll change it in a future revision.
