Hi,

I don't think it is natural for a CVS-savvy user to look into the
package documentation for Debian-specific changes that are not
compatible with upstream. Especially when moving existing repositories
from non-Debian machines.

I do expect that 'SystemAuth=no' alone would prevent CVS from falling
back to the system instead of CVSROOT/passwd, whatever is in charge of
normal system authentication.

I myself found out about PamAuth by chance :)
