Bug#792111: Unable to use the extension in jessie

Terribly sorry. I think I had simply overlooked reloading gnome. Today (after a reboot) the extension does appear in gnome-tweak-tools.
The extension unfortunately does not permit to access hibernate functionality (or I didn’t find how). But I guess that’s not a bug!
