Package: Iceweasel Version: 31.7.0esr-1~deb7u1+rpi1 Severity: normal --- Please enter the report below this line. --- In an RasPi-kiosk-application iceweasel randomly stops loading a page triggered by the http-meta-refresh-tag. The current page is displayed forever instead of loading the next one given by the refresh-tag or reporting a connection problem error-page. In the left lower corner iceweasel says "Connecting to <URL> ..." but nothing happens. With a manually forced reload everything works fine again until the next "stuck-at" happens. I observed in the jsconsole that there is a request for the page that finally does not come up. While for this request there is no response, in regularly intervalls iceweasel still keeps connecting to "www.safebrowsing.google[https://3c.gmx.net/mail/client/dereferrer?redirectUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.safebrowsing.google]..." successfully. I tried to disable IPv6 both in the kernel and iceweasels about:config. I also disabled dns-prefetching. And, of course, i used 'clean' user profiles (with and without additional add-ons). The Raspi-Kiosk works like a charme in my private network, but fails in an other one at work. Regularly the GET calls of iceweasel in the latter network are responded with huge a delay (e.g. 8000ms instead of the usual 150-350 ms) as reported by the jsconsole. I consider this a bug as midori on the same RasPI and Iceweasel in an older version (spring 2014?) on an other box in the same "unstable" network are robust in reporting connection problems. --- System information. --- Architecture: armhf Kernel: Linux 3.18.11-v7+ Debian Release: 7.8 500 oldstable mirrordirector.raspbian.org 500 oldstable archive.raspberrypi.org --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed ===============================================-+-=================== libasound2 (>= 1.0.16) | 1.0.25-4 libatk1.0-0 (>= 1.12.4) | 2.8.0-2rpi2 libc6 (>= 2.13-28) | 2.13-38+rpi2+deb7u8 libcairo2 (>= 1.2.4) | 1.12.16-rpi1rpi2 libdbus-1-3 (>= 1.0.2) | 1.6.8-1+deb7u6 libdbus-glib-1-2 (>= 0.78) | 0.100.2-1 libevent-2.0-5 (>= 2.0.10-stable) | 2.0.19-stable-3+deb7u1 libffi5 (>= 3.0.9) | 3.0.10-3+b3 libfontconfig1 (>= 2.9.0) | 2.9.0-7.1 libfreetype6 (>= 2.3.9) | 2.5.2-2rpi1rpi1 libgcc1 (>= 1:4.4.0) | 1:4.8.2-21~rpi3rpi1 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 (>= 2.22.0) | 2.28.2-1rpi4rpi1 libglib2.0-0 (>= 2.20.0) | 2.40.0-3rpi3rpi1 libgtk2.0-0 (>= 2.24.0) | 2.24.10-2 libhunspell-1.3-0 | 1.3.2-4 libpango1.0-0 (>= 1.14.0) | 1.32.5-5rpi3 libstartup-notification0 (>= 0.8) | 0.12-1 libstdc++6 (>= 4.6) | 4.8.2-21~rpi3rpi1 libx11-6 | 2:1.5.0-1+deb7u2 libxext6 | 2:1.3.1-2+deb7u1 libxrender1 | 1:0.9.7-1+deb7u2 libxt6 | 1:1.1.3-1+deb7u1 zlib1g (>= 1:1.2.0) | 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 fontconfig | 2.9.0-7.1 procps | 1:3.3.3-3 debianutils (>= 1.16) | 4.3.2 libsqlite3-0 (>= 3.7.12-1~) | 3.7.13-1+deb7u2 Package's Recommends field is empty.
