This is a User Agent for caching responses to HTTP requests. It uses the new and flexible CHI caching framework, and it has been developed using Moo, which makes it easy to modify certain behaviour. There exists several caching user agents already, but they all do small parts of the standard, and some do not really do caching at all, only validation. The focus of this module is support for RFC7234 and RFC7232. Support for the former is quite complete allready.
