You need to upgrade your tcsh.
Both bash and tcsh are the latest version as of today in unstable:
$ dpkg -s tcsh|grep Version
Version: 6.14.00-2
$ dpkg -s bash|grep Version
Version: 3.1-1
still seeing the same problem as before.
