This package FTBFS with perl 5.22 (currently in experimental) since it depends on perl-modules, contrary to the package description, and this package is gone in perl 5.22. This build-dependency can be replaced with just 'perl' given that even oldstable has 5.14. perl-modules (>= 5.14) | libtest-harness-perl (>= 3.23) (and the same in the Depends) This bug will become release critical nearer the time of the perl 5.22 migration, expected during the (northern hemisphere) summer.
