i upgraded from debian 64 wheezy to debian 64 jessie, and the command as shown below no longer gives the results that are expected, this is in debian wheezy: #tc -s class show dev eth10 class htb 1:1 root rate 555000Kbit ceil 555000Kbit burst 1526b cburst 1526b Sent 213469773723 bytes 164636984 pkt (dropped 0, overlimits 0 requeues 0) rate 230864Kbit 20005pps backlog 0b 0p requeues 0 lended: 24674237 borrowed: 0 giants: 0 tokens: 328 ctokens: 328 and this is in debian jessie: #tc -s class show dev eth10 class htb 1:1 root rate 555Mbit ceil 555Mbit burst 1526b cburst 1526b Sent 237429876785 bytes 162470698 pkt (dropped 0, overlimits 0 requeues 0) rate 0bit 0pps backlog 0b 0p requeues 0 lended: 29801595 borrowed: 0 giants: 0 tokens: -448 ctokens: -448 Notice the rate at 0bit in debian jessie. I've tested this on 2 debian jessie machines, and they both are running debian 3.16 kernel (from package, no modifications) is this something that can be repaired ?
